Data we process

Iberocenter processes corporate and registry information related to Chilean companies and people linked to those companies in public sources.

Processing is oriented to information needed to identify companies, filings, representatives, registry relationships, and verifiable commercial background.

We may also process standard technical site data such as security logs, aggregated analytics, and data needed to operate accounts, payments, or requests.

Minimization

Our standard is to show only information that supports corporate identification, registry traceability, and business assessment.

Natural-person RUT values are masked on the public surface. Full RUT values are reserved for registered users when needed to correctly identify a corporate relationship.

Address, nationality, occupation, and marital-status fields for natural persons are not shown publicly; if present in sources, they are limited to paid or authorized access.

Person pages are kept out of the sitemap and marked noindex to reduce search-engine exposure.

When personal data is not necessary for that purpose, it may be hidden, partially masked, deindexed, or corrected depending on the case.

Privacy requests

For requests about personal or company data published on Iberocenter, use the data request form and include the URL, the observed data, and the basis for your request.

We may require reasonable identity or authority verification before modifying, delivering, or hiding information associated with a person or company.

We are preparing our processes for Law 21.719 and its entry-into-force period while maintaining a formal review and traceability channel.
