Eduardo de Rodt Espinosa, abogado, Notario Público Titular de la Primera Notaría de Rancagua, San Martín 427, certifica: Por escritura de 21 de septiembre de 2017, ante mi Suplente, Alvaro Daniel Carvallo Castillo, JUAN NICOLÁS TOMAS LARRAÑAGA DOMEC, IVON DEL CARMEN RIQUELME SEGURA, NICOLÁS IGNACIO LARRAÑAGA RIQUELME y MATÍAS VICENTE LARRAÑAGA RIQUELME, todos con domicilio en Héctor Zamorano Nº1035, Villa Triana, Rancagua, modificaron sociedad LARRAÑAGA Y RIQUELME LIMITADA, nombre de fantasía CIRUMED LTDA., Rut 77.068.850-7, con un capital inicial de $500.000, constituida 7 de noviembre de 1997, Notario Rancagua Manuel Jenaro Aburto Contardo, publicada Diario Oficial el 14 de noviembre de 1997 e inscrita a fojas 368 vta. Cambian el nombre de fantasía al de LARRAÑAGAMED Y CIA. LTDA..- JUAN NICOLÁS TOMÁS LARRAÑAGA DOMEC, cede 25% de los derechos a MATÍAS VICENTE LARRAÑAGA RIQUELME, en $250.000 dinero efectivo. IVON DEL CARMEN RIQUELME SEGURA, cede 10% de los derechos a MATÍAS VICENTE LARRAÑAGA RIQUELME, en $100.000 dinero efectivo.
