JUAN RICARDO SAN MARTÍN URREJOLA, titular 43ª Notaría Santiago, Huérfanos 835, piso 18, certifica: por escritura 19 marzo 2018, ante mí: PARAMJEET KAUR, india, soltera, inversionista, RUN 26.166.792-4, GABRIEL LUIS ALVEZ DAMIANI, chileno, soltero, contador, RUN 8.601.839-K, en su calidad de únicos accionistas, y SANDEEP GARG, indio, casado, factor de comercio, RUT 49.203.963-4, todos García Reyes 8, dep. 807, Santiago, modificaron sociedad por acciones SHIV GANGA SpA, inscrita a fs.82.131 Nº44.171 Registro Comercio Santiago 2017, con capital estatutario de $7.000.000, dividido en 100 acciones de las cuales PARAMJEET KAUR es titular de 90 acciones, y GABRIEL LUIS ALVEZ DAMIANI es titular de las 10 acciones restantes, en siguiente sentido: a) Gabriel Luis Alvez Damián cedió sus 10 acciones a Sandeep Garg, precio $700.000 pagado efectivo, y Paramjeet Kaur cedió 40 acciones a Sandeep Garg, precio $2.800.000 pagado efectivo. Por tanto únicos accionistas son Paramjeet Kaur y Sandeep Garg, con 50 acciones cada uno y b) La administración, representación y el uso del nombre social, corresponderá a Paramjeet Kaur, como gerente general y estará investida con todas y cada una de las facultades contenidas en la escritura constitutiva.
