Aurora 2429, Iquique; modifican sociedad IMPORT – EXPORT DASH LIMITADA O DASH LTDA., constituida por escritura pública 17/12/2015, otorgada Notario Público Iquique MARIA ANTONIETA NIÑO DE ZEPEDA PARRA, inscrita a fjs. 2132, Nº 1623, Registro de Comercio 2015, Conservador Bienes Raíces Iquique, debidamente publicada D.O. 41.344 30/12/2015, siguiente sentido, DANIEL GUILLERMO ALFARO SHERIFF, vende cede y transfiere 100% derechos sociales, equivalen 95% haber social, a NICOLAS ALFREDO RUIZ TOBAR. SUSAN GLORIA MAIZMAN QUISPE, vende cede y transfiere 100% derechos sociales, equivalen 5% haber social, a NICOLAS ALFREDO RUIZ TOBAR. NICOLAS ALFREDO RUIZ TOBAR, vende cede y transfiere 30% derechos sociales, equivalen 30% haber social, a CECILIA PAZ TOBAR MANRIQUEZ. Consecuencia cesiones sociales efectuadas precedentemente, quedan únicos socios sociedad IMPORT – EXPORT DASH LIMITADA O DASH LTDA., NICOLAS ALFREDO RUIZ TOBAR, participación social 70% haber total sociedad; y CECILIA PAZ TOBAR MANRIQUEZ, participación social equivalente 30% haber total sociedad. Actuales socios modifican cláusula Cuarta estipulada en el contrato de constitución de la presente sociedad, en el sentido que la administración de la sociedad y el uso de la razón social, corresponderá a ambos socios de manera, pudiendo actuar en representación de la sociedad de forma separada e indistintamente, quienes actuando por la sociedad y anteponiendo la razón social a su firma la representaran y obligaran con las amplias facultades señaladas en la cláusula cuarta del pacto social primitivo.
