Nº 1396 en el Registro de Comercio de Concepción del año 2005, así: /a/ Únicas socias SOCIEDAD DE INVERSIONES RIO QUILLEN LIMITADA y FORESTAL GALVARINO LIMITADA cedieron la totalidad de sus derechos sociales, retirándose ambas de esta firma a Srs. JUAN PABLO BACHMANN SERRANO, ROBERT ANDRES BACHMANN SERRANO, JOAQUÍN IGNACIO BACHMANN SERRANO, MARIA PAZ BACHMANN SERRANO, MARÍA DEL PILAR SERRANO MUÑOZ y ROBERTO ANDRES BACHMANN DUFOURNEL, quienes ingresaron, en precio y modalidades indicadas en escritura. Amplio finiquito entre cedentes, cesionarios y sociedad. Concurren, entonces, los actuales socios en el capital social de $1.000.000 todo pagado, con las siguientes participaciones: Sra. MARÍA DEL PILAR SERRANO MUÑOZ, 50 %; cada uno de los Srs. MARIA PAZ BACHMANN SERRANO, JUAN PABLO BACHMANN SERRANO, ROBERT ANDRES BACHMANN SERRANO y JOAQUÍN IGNACIO BACHMANN SERRANO, 11,9 %; y Sr. ROBERTO ANDRES BACHMANN DUFOURNEL, 2,4 % del capital social.
