KHALID UL ISLAM, vende, cede y transfiere restante 33,33% derechos y acciones sociedad, equivalen a 25% haber social, a NILDA DEL ROSARIO NUÑEZ VERA. Actuales socios modifican pacto social primitivo, en el sentido que la administración de la sociedad y el uso de la razón social corresponderá a todos los socios, quienes actuando en forma conjunta, separada e indistintamente por la sociedad y anteponiendo la razón social a sus firmas, la representarán y obligarán con las mismas facultades establecidas pacto social primitivo.
