Extracto se inscribió fojas 459 vuelta N° 305 Registro Comercio Iquique año 2016, publicado Diario Oficial plazo legal; términos pasan expresarse: JORGE ANTONIO LARA REYES, vende, cede y transfiere el 100% sus derechos y acciones en sociedad, equivalen al 1% capital social total a JEANETTE CECILIA OLIVOS SILVA, quien los compra, acepta y adquiere para sí.
