Certifico: Por escritura pública otorgada con fecha 28 noviembre 2023, ante mi Notario Reemplazante, RAFAEL ORLANDO CORVALAN GUERRA, este mismo oficio, MANUEL ROLANDO MOYANO GIZZI, MARÍA GLORIA REYES UNDURRAGA y CAMILA JAVIERA MOYANO REYES, todos La Forja 8703, La Reina, modificaron sociedad “INMOBILIARIA E INVERSIONES HUILCO LIMITADA”, nombre fantasía “INMOBILIARIA HUILCO LTDA.”, R.U.T. N° 77.802.576-0, constituida 14 julio 2023, ante mi Notario Suplente a esa fecha, RAFAEL ORLANDO CORVALÁN GUERRA, inscrita Fs. 64.855 N° 27.988 Registro Comercio Conservador Bienes Raíces Santiago 2023; publicada Diario Oficial 28 julio 2023, sentido que: Aumentan capital social de $30.000.000 a $2.597.692.709 socios aportan y aportarán siguiente forma: a) MARÍA GLORIA REYES UNDURRAGA, $5.000.000, ya aportados dinero efectivo, ingresados en caja social, equivalente al 0,19% del capital social; b) CAMILA JAVIERA MOYANO REYES, $5.000.000, ya aportados dinero efectivo, ingresados en caja social, equivalente al 0,19% del capital social; y c) MANUEL ROLANDO MOYANO GIZZI, $20.000.000, ya aportados en efectivo, ingresados en caja social y $2.567.692.709.- plazo 6 meses a contar esta fecha, correspondiéndole 99,62% capital social. Socios limitan su responsabilidad al monto de sus respectivos aportes. En todo lo no modificado seguirán vigentes estipulaciones del pacto social. Demás estipulaciones constan escritura extractada.
