Nº77 Registro Comercio Conservador Cañete año 2017, publicado D. Of. 06-12-2017. Capital suscrito $55.000.000, siguiente sentido, DE LA CESION DE DERECHOS.- a) LUIS EMILIO SANCHEZ LAGOS, GRANDES TIENDAS, BAZAR, LIBRERÍA, ARTICULOS DEL HOGAR, E.I.R.L., a través de su representante, con el consentimiento otros socios, vende cede y transfiere totalidad participación social equivalente al 18% del capital social total a INVERSIONES LOS PEUMOS LIMITADA, para quien compra, acepta y adquiere representante, precio y condiciones según escritura; y b) INVERSIONES LESAL LIMITADA, a través de su representante, con el consentimiento otros socios, vende cede y transfiere totalidad participación social equivalente al 9% capital social total a INVERSIONES LOS PEUMOS LIMITADA, para quien compra, acepta y adquiere representante, precio y condiciones según escritura Conforme a lo expuesto, la sociedad ha quedado integrada por LUIS EMILIO SANCHEZ LAGOS, con un 73% del capital social total; y por INVERSIONES LOS PEUMOS LIMITADA, con un 27% del capital social total.
