Ministerio del Interior JORGE EDUARDO MESSEN CONCHA, Notario Curicó, con oficio en calle Estado 280, certifica: Por escritura pública hoy ante mí, Repertorio N° 384, IVÁN FRANCISCO GUERRA VILLASECA, domiciliado en Avenida La Quinta 791, Romeral, por sí y en representación de VICTORIA DEL CARMEN VILLASECA ALBORNOZ, domiciliada en Fernando Lazcano 192, Romeral; y, CLAUDIA ALEJANDRA CASTRO PEÑALOZA, domiciliada en Avenida La Quinta 791, Romeral, modificaron sociedad “COMERCIAL FRUTICOLA E INDUSTRIAL MADIMAR FRUITTS LIMITADA”, constituida por escritura pública 30 agosto 2012, Repertorio N° 1.676, ante notario Curicó Fernando Salazar Sallorenzo, extracto inscrito fojas 1.291 N° 790 Registro Comercio Curicó, año 2012.- RUT: 76.238.741-7.- Capital: $1.000.000.- Modificación consiste: A) VICTORIA DEL CARMEN VILLASECA ALBORNOZ, debidamente representada, vende, cede y transfiere a CLAUDIA ALEJANDRA CASTRO PEÑALOZA, el 100% sus derechos sociales, equivalentes a un 1% total capital social, en $100.000.-, contado efectivo.- Únicos socios: IVÁN FRANCISCO GUERRA VILLASECA, 99% y CLAUDIA ALEJANDRA CASTRO PEÑALOZA, 1%.- B) Administración y uso razón social, corresponderá exclusivamente a IVÁN FRANCISCO GUERRA VILLASECA, amplias facultades.- C) Se agrega cláusula arbitraje.- D) Se agrega cláusula no afectará socios prohibición establecida artículo 404 Código de Comercio.- En lo no modificado sigue vigente el pacto social.- Curicó, 26 enero 2026.
