MARIA EUGENIA LE-BERT ACHERITOGARAY, Notario Titular de Talagante, domiciliada en Avenida Bernardo O’Higgins Nº 1360, certifica: por escritura de hoy ante mí, JUAN CARLOS RAMIREZ ZELLER, casado, profesor general básico, C.I.Nº7.484.531-2, AURELIO HERNAN SILVA URRA, soltero, profesor de matemática y física, C.I.Nº8.103.285-8, LETICIA JANET NUÑEZ FIGUEROA, casada, profesora, C.I.Nº9.920.078-2, y JOSE LUIS VILLAVICENCIO ESPINOSA, soltero, profesor, C.I.Nº13.771.825-1, todos domicilio en Avenida Michelle Bachelet 493, Isla de Maipo, modificaron sociedad comercial responsabilidad limitada “MAS CONSULTORES LIMITADA”, constituida 24 Septiembre 2009, otorgada en 41 Notaría Santiago Titular Félix Jara Cadot, extracto inscrito fojas 48824 número 33787 Registro Comercio Conservador Bienes Raíces Santiago, año 2009, publicada Diario Oficial fecha 22 Octubre 2009. Modificada 9 Marzo 2011, Notario Talagante María Eugenia Le-Bert Acheritogaray, inscrita fojas 14957 número 11328 Registro Comercio Conservador Bienes Raíces Santiago, año 2011, en siguiente sentido: a) Se retira LETICIA JANET NUÑEZ FIGUEROA, titular de 24% derechos sociales; b) Leticia Janet Núñez Figueroa, vende, cede y transfiere a JUAN CARLOS RAMIREZ ZELLER, a AURELIO HERNAN SILVA URRA y a JOSE LUIS VILLAVICENCIO ESPINOSA, 7% para el primero, 8% para el segundo, y 9% para el tercero, precio $1.500.000, pagan siguiente manera: a) Juan Carlos Ramírez Zeller $437.500 contado y efectivo; b) Aurelio Hernán Silva Urra $500.000 contado y efectivo; y c) José Luis Villavicencio Espinosa $562.500, contado y efectivo. Quedan únicos socios JUAN CARLOS RAMIREZ ZELLER correspondiéndole 33%; AURELIO HERNAN SILVA URRA correspondiéndole 34%; y JOSE LUIS VILLAVICENCIO ESPINOSA correspondiéndole 33% derechos sociales.
