Sociedad INVERSIONES TRES ELEFANTES LIMITADA, cede totalidad sus derechos sociales a su consocia sociedad SISTEMAS Y SERVICIOS DE COPIADO LIMITADA, retirándose la cedente de INVERSIONES DIMACOFI CUENTAS LIMITADA, y quedando como única y exclusiva socia de esta última la sociedad SISTEMAS Y SERVICIOS DE COPIADO LIMITADA, pasando ésta a ser titular totalidad de los derechos sociales y del haber social. En consecuencia, se produce la disolución de INVERSIONES DIMACOFI CUENTAS LIMITADA, sin necesidad de su liquidación, pues por el solo ministerio de la ley totalidad de su patrimonio se traspasa a sociedad cesionaria.
