ELENA TORRES SEGUEL, Abogada, Notario Público Titular de la 35° Notaria de Santiago, Avenida Paseo Bulnes Nº 141, certifica: con esta fecha, ante mí, MANUEL EDUARDO MESIAS TORREBLANCA, chileno, Técnico Universitario, casado, cédula nacional de identidad 4.485.951-3, domiciliado Pasaje Echeñique 7.359 – A, La Reina, Santiago; y ROBERTO MANUEL MESIAS PINTO , chileno, ingeniero civil industrial, casado, cédula nacional de identidad número 13.272.210-2, domiciliado pasaje El partidor 1711, Puente Alto, Santiago, exponen: Por escritura pública de 14 abril 2.011, suscrita ante Juan Ricardo San Martín Urrejola, Notario Público, Titular 43 Notaria Santiago, se constituyó la sociedad "MESIAS Y MESIAS ASOCIADOS LIMITADA" y/o "M&M SERVICIOS LTDA.” ; rol único tributario 76.142.913-2, cuyo extracto se inscribió a fojas 21.390, N° 16.216, Registro Comercio Conservador Bienes Raíces Santiago año 2.011, y se publicó Diario Oficial 39.945 de 27 abril 2.011, siendo únicos socios MANUEL EDUARDO MESIAS TORREBLANCA con 98% capital social y ROBERTO MANUEL MESIAS PINTO con 2% capital social. Por el presente instrumento se modifica referida sociedad en el sentido que don MANUEL EDUARDO MESIAS TORREBLANCA vende, cede y transfiere, parte de sus derechos sociales a don ROBERTO MANUEL MESIAS PINTO, quien los compra, acepta y adquiere para sí, que corresponden al 48% de los derechos sobre la sociedad en la suma de $2.400.000.- Por lo expresado únicos socios "MESIAS Y MESIAS ASOCIADOS LIMITADA" y/o "M&M SERVICIOS LTDA.” son MANUEL EDUARDO MESIAS TORREBLANCA con 50% del capital social y ROBERTO MANUEL MESIAS PINTO con 50% del capital social.
